Ayub Vohra, CPA, CA, is a seasoned finance professional with over four decades of experience in accounting, taxation, and finance, and a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario. Ayub began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, one of the world's most renowned accounting firms, where he built a strong professional foundation and developed a lasting passion for the field of accountancy. He then joined Unilever, one of the world's largest multinational corporations, where he served as Finance Director across multiple business units before ultimately rising to Head of Internal Audit. In 2022, Ayub founded AV CPA Professional Corporation with a clear mission: to deliver exceptional accounting services at accessible rates. Since then, he has provided strategic financial counsel to businesses across a wide range of industries, playing a pivotal role in their growth and long-term success. With his depth of experience, sound judgment, and unwavering dedication to his clients, Ayub remains a driving force behind the financial success of the businesses AV CPA serves.

Umair Ayub, CPA, ADIT, GDip, brings over 8 years of extensive experience in accounting, finance, and tax. As a founding member and Managing Director of AV CPA Professional Corporation, he is instrumental in delivering comprehensive support to businesses across various industries, addressing their unique accounting, tax, and financial needs. Umair’s expertise covers a wide range of areas, including corporate tax, GST/HST, business finance, and accounting, which he developed while working at leading firms such as PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in both their Dubai and Canadian offices, and Ernst & Young, prior to founding AV CPA Professional Corporation.
